You have the right to dispute errors in your transaction. If you think there is an error, contact us within 180 days at 1-(855)-889-7788 or customerservice@pnbrci.com. You can also contact us for a written explanation of your rights. Mayroon kang karapatan na ipaalam sa amin kung may mali sa iyong transaksyon. Kung sa tingin mo ay may pagkakamali, makipag-ugnayan sa amin sa loob ng 180 na araw. Tawagan kami sa 1-855-889-7788 o mag-email sa customerservice@pnbrci.com. Please be aware that if you provide us with an incorrect account number, you could lose the transfer amount. Paalala lang po na siguraduhing tama ang ibibigay mo sa aming account number. You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, unless the funds have been picked up, delivered or deposited to other bank. To cancel a future-dated transaction (i.e., remittance paid thru check, ACH debit), you must contact us at least 3 business days before the scheduled transfer date to avail of a full refund. Maaari po ninyong kanselahin ang inyong padala sa loob ng tatlumpong (30) minuto matapos ng inyong pagbayad at aming isosoli sa inyo ang inyong ibinayad. Hindi na maaaring kanselahin ang transaksyon kung nangyari ang isa sa mga sumusunod: (1) ang inyong ipinadala ay nakuha na o naihatid na sa benepisyaryo o tagatanggap o (2) ang inyong ipinadala ay naideposito na sa account ng benepisyaryo o tagatanggap sa ibang bangko. Para kanselahin ang inyong padala na nakatakdang bayaran sa pamamagitan ng tseke or "ACH Debit", mangyari po lamang na makipag-ugnayan sa amin nang hindi bababa sa tatlong (3) araw bago ang nakatakdang petsa ng pagpapadala upang makuha ang buong refund.
