You have the right to dispute errors in your transaction. If you think there is an error, contact us within 180 days at 1(855) 889-7788 or customerservice@pnbrci.com. You can also contact us for a written explanation of your rights. Mayroon kang karapatan upang makipagmatwiranan ang mga mali sa iyong transaksyon. Please be aware that if you provide us with an incorrect account number, you could lose the transfer amount. Nais po naming ipagbigay-alam na kapag hindi tama ang numero ng account na inyong ibinigay sa amin, maaaring mawala ang halaga na inyong ipinadala.

You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, unless the funds have been picked up, delivered or deposited. To cancel a future-dated transaction (i.e., remittance paid thru check, ACH debit), you must contact us at least 3 business days before the scheduled transfer date to avail of a full refund.
